Aston Martin Heritage Trust

ThamesMog member Robert Thornton has been in touch with the Aston Martin Heritage Trust in Drayton St Leonard just north of Wallingford with a view to a group visit and has now confirmed a block booking for the afternoon of the 21st June when we would have exclusive access to the collection.

The AMHT now cares for over twenty-five important Aston Martin cars and prototypes, including A3, the oldest surviving Aston Martin, and a vast array of racing memorabilia, models and artefacts. They also offer research and registrar services to researchers, car owners and the public, and provide heritage support to Aston Martin Lagonda.

A collection of fabulous examples of old, new and concept Aston Martin cars. Large selection of scale models and historic memorabilia. The building is a fascinating and beautifully restored barn. A photogenic setting of historic automotive importance which will delight any motoring enthusiast.

Their '100 years of Le Mans' exhibition is for the whole of June so they should have some extra features on display themed around the race.
