
Chris Nickless and his son Guy have started a YouTube channel. Entitled "One Man and his Morgan" it includes short films starring Chris and his 3 Wheeler. The first was from one of our Harte and Magpies noggins (see below). You can get notification of further ones by subscribing to the channel
As it was Abbey's 10th Birthday in May it is time to look at a few overdue jobs. One of these is her windscreen supports which have become rather corroded. Perhaps more so than most as she has been used day in and day out summer and winter and so has seen her fair share of salt on the roads. This is the state at the start. At the Richard Throne Christmas party this year ThamesMog took the opportunity to congratulate Richard on 35 years as a Morgan dealer and presented him with a trophy to mark this.
A good time was had by all at this year's dinner. An excellent address by Air Commodore Andy Hall about the activities and strengths of the RAF regiment. This was followed by the presentation of trophies to nominated individuals. These pictures were taken on the evening.

Dear Members It was with some surprise that I read today that I have been awarded the 'Richard Thorne Charity Trophy' by the TV Center for 2012. I thought that I had only won a Mug from winning the Royal Caribbean Teddy's in a Morgan competition featured in one of Roger Bluff's newsletters. It is very kind of the committee to consider me for this award, which I assume is for my Solo Around Britain Trip where I was fund raising for Help for Heroes, (where the final total donated was £6881.02, plus a potential £929.41 available to Help
