At the time of writing we were getting ready for the classic car show at West Green House with some new members attending. I am sure it will have been an enjoyable day. It is a nice autumn event to round off the season.

Once again, I would like to thank everyone who responded to continue to receive Event Notifications and Newsletters from ThamesMog. If anyone is having any problems registering on our site, or if you have forgotten your password or something, do please get in touch and we will be glad to help.

We have had the big reveal of the new Land Rover Defender and the iPhone 11, both on the same day in September. They clearly wanted to avoid the big reveal of our 50th anniversary car badge, which will be available soon as 2020 is just round the corner. Tim Jones has done an astonishing job. As they say at Land Rover, Tim has respected the past while looking to the future. A special 50th car badge design has been designed showing Windsor Castle with a Gold coloured Morgan in the foreground. This will be a limited run of only 50 badges, each one individually numbered 1 to 50. It is expected that the badge will cost £50 each, and we hope to have the badges available by the end of 2019. Please get ready with your order. I’m sure they say that at Land Rover too.

In October the first of our Autumn and Winter visits this year to National Trust properties in our area is to Greys Court near Henley. Visit the house, or walk around the gardens and the woods. Please see details on our events page.
