ThamesMOG Visit to Westonbirt Arboretum and Williams Morgan Dealership 6th September 2018 Eight traditional ThamesMOG Morgans assembled on a sunny morning at Westonbirt Arboretum for a dealer day with a difference. We had a good mix of cars with one Plus 8, one 3.7 Roadster, two 3 litre Roadsters, one Plus 4, two, two seater 4/4s and one 4 seater. Previous such events had included visiting several dealers on one day. Visit to Haynes Museum May 2018

The 19th May weather was dry, bright and not too hot – just the ticket for Morgans to make the trip to the Haynes International Motor Museum near Sparkford. Monday morning traffic was light on the infamous 303, so that was good as well. The schedule for the day was only prescribed in one respect – as car club folk, we had been invited to visit the museum’s servicing and restoration facilities: and what a treat it was. The manager of the facilities showed us around and gave us an insight into how they keep the exhibits in good repair

Basildon Park 2018

A select few braved the chill at Basildon Park today. Some chose to stay in the warm and tour the house the house while the hardy ones braved a walk around the park.  A special welcome to new member Paul Houghton and Julie in their newly acquired red 4/4.
