He's combined his interests by hosting a Sunday morning classic car meeting every fortnight in the summer and every month through the winter. Mapledurham 2014

On 7th September Tim Jones organised a trip to Mapledurham house including a treasure hunt for those so inclined. 17 cars arrived at the Bird in Hand to sign in, pick up their packed lunch and start the Treasure Hunt including one 3 Wheeler. One withdrew due owing to running out of time, 16 made it to Mapledurham and joined 2 non quiz participants. There was no planned route just a list of questions for the participants to answer while clocking up the lowest possible mileage. When an exuberant couple with a flair for organising and coordinating events in a famously gregarious style offered a day out with a scenic run through the local beauty of the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire countryside ending at Pitstone Wharf, the Thames Valley Centre of the Morgan Sports Car Club leapt at the chance.
