I am pleased to report Richard Clayton has volunteered to become our next Regalia Officer. Thank you Richard very much indeed and welcome to our Committee. I would also like to thank David Mansfield that up to now has still been handling sales of regalia. David had a great run including our marvellous 50th anniversary car badge. Well done David and best wishes for the future Richard.

On Sunday 1st January some of our members went to an impromptu gathering of cars and car folk at The Phoenix Inn, Hartley Wintney. It was here that ThamesMOG member Steve Bridge bumped into an old friend of mine Gordon with his super new Morgan. It was good to see quite a few Morgans parked along the A30 with the normal variety of cars from across the epochs.

Our monthly Noggins continue to be held during the winter, and we are pleased to see a lively turn out of members at The Bird in Hand on the first Thursday of every month, and The Harte and Magpies for lunch on the third Sunday of every month.

The ThamesMOG committee met recently with an eye on 2023, when we hope to bring you an array of interesting events. We are already fixing up dates for events in the spring, so keep a look out for our regular newsletters, and reports in Miscellany. If you have any suggestions for events, please contact the committee by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I hope you will all take care, along with your family and friends, and that you will all stay well.

Best wishes and take care, Roger.
